The majority of this wine is sourced from the Souverain Estate Vineyard at Asti. Winemaker Ed Killian personally selects all of the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard lots for this flagship wine. The lots are vinified and aged separately, allowing Ed to tailor the fermentation and aging process to best fit each lot’s unique characteristics.
